There’s no single blueprint for building the right brand assets. Every brand shows up a little differently, and that’s what keeps it interesting. Over the years, we’ve honed an approach that balances creative instinct with real-world application. Whether it’s a one-off piece or a full system of assets, having a clear, intentional process makes all the difference. Here’s how we do it.
01 Introductions.
Our process is about building trust through honest conversations. We work with partners whose vision aligns with ours, and approach their brands as if they were our own. Before starting any project, we have an open, casual chat to fully understand your needs and goals with this project.

02 The Paperwork.
After understanding your needs, we'll build a Project Overview outlining the scope, timeline, and costs. We can adjust these to suit your goals and budget. Once you sign off on everything, we’ll sign a contract, and a 50% deposit payment secures your project and locks in the details. The remaining balance will be spread out over the course of the project.

03 Diving Deep.
We start every project with a straightforward discovery process. Our goal is to learn as much as possible about what your goals are for this project.

04 Moodboards.
Every design project should feel like a true collab. That's why before diving head first into creating, we like to make sure we're all picturing the same thing.
To avoid any mismatched expectations, we put together Moodboards – collections of images, designs, textures, and colours that set the overall visual direction. We'll discuss what feels right for your brand and use your feedback to guide us every step of the way.
This is pure creative brainstorming. we get to share all my most exciting ideas, while you share your honest thoughts, before we put in the time and energy to create finished designs.
05 Time to get to work.
Once we have your Moodboard thumbs-up, the magic begins. This is where you get a well-deserved break while we get to work on turning ideas into designs. Don't sweat it if you don't hear from me in this time, it just means we’re fully immersed in your project. I’ll reach out if I need additional input.
Our standard project scope includes two rounds of revisions. You can view the details of each round using the drop down menu.

Within the Design Proposal, we set out our stall for the Asset Direction. This document will include a breakdown of elements and decision making surrounding the proposed design as well as mock-ups and creative elements showcasing the designs in real-life applications.
At this point we will take your feedback and questions, as we move on to the next stage.

I take your feedback from the Design Proposal and get to work on implementing these changes. Once the changes are made you will be able to review them, and deliver any final feedback and change requests for Design Refinement.

The final step of the creative process comes in the Design Refinement. At this point we will have gathered all of your feedback from the previous rounds and implemented them, landing on the final iteration your assets.
If you need more tweaks beyond this, we can either include more rounds within the initial scope or make additional changes at an hourly rate. Either way, we like to keep feedback focused and efficient to save everyone time and energy.
06 Delivery.
Once we have the official thumbs-up, it's time to get your design out in the world. we'll send you all of the design files, specifically formatted for your use case.

Sometimes, working on your assets reveals something bigger. maybe your logo isn’t pulling its weight anymore, or your website feels a little out of step with where your business is headed. If that’s the case, we’re here for the bigger picture too. Whether it’s a brand refresh, a full site redesign, or a little bit of everything, we can tackle it all under one roof.
The All-In-One: If your brand or website needs a revamp, we can roll that into the same scope and build everything to work together from day one.
Phase Two: Not ready to take it all on at once? No problem. We can tackle the essentials now, then come back to the bigger pieces when the time is right.
Ongoing Partnership: Need a creative partner who can handle it all. from merch runs to packaging to digital rollouts? We’re always down to build long-term partnerships.

Not every project fits neatly in a box, and that’s especially true with brand assets. From packaging and merchandise to printed collateral, these pieces are as varied as the brands they’re built for. That’s why our approach here is flexible by design.
We price asset projects based on scope, complexity, and intended use, but to help you get a feel for what’s possible, here are a few example builds:
